Ok so some of you readers have been asking how to get your hands on some of that Mayonaise that Nando’s uses in their famous burgers and sandwiches. So i scoured the web and found a forum were a person called jodpent came up with their own version.
As a general rule of thumb, grill boneless, skinless chicken breast halves over Direct Medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until the juices run clear and the meat is no longer pink in the center, turning once halfway through grilling time.
