Ok so some of you readers have been asking how to get your hands on some of that Mayonaise that Nando’s uses in their famous burgers and sandwiches. So i scoured the web and found a forum were a person called jodpent came up with their own version.
Last Friday, a few of us went out for lunch to celebrate a friends birthday. We decided on this Nando’s restaurant, which serves Portuguese grilled chicken. Delicious!

The Portuguese chicken burger is my take on Nando’s famous Portugese Chicken Burger.
My version consists of pan-fried chicken breasts topped with a nandos sauce, romaine lettuce, several slices of provolone cheese and mayo. continue reading »
