Hello there, thanks for visiting the culinary adventures of a self-proclaimed AM-Pro Cook. I have travesersed the world to scrape up the valuable bits of info that i will bestow to you. My goal is to write a cookbook by the time im 28, big goals huh?. I was brought up in a country the size of Texas, in Southern Africa called Zambia. I migrated to the US to study and along the way i was smitten by the cook bug.
Cooking to me now is a form of therapy, a state of trance, i recluse when I make delicious finger licking food for others to enjoy. It is pure art. The combination of smells, colors, tastes is just a rollercoaster ride.
My aim is to let you recreate my recipes and then hopefully experience the same joy i feel when I make my concotions.
